Mulder, Amsterdam (there were also ten artist's proofs and thirty trial proofs), printed by Rupert Jasen Smith, New York, the full sheet, a cut into the image at lower left, occasional faint rubbing and scuffing, a few minor nicks and creases at the corners and sheet edges
