CONSTRUCTED FROM LATE 18TH CENTURY AND LATER ELEMENTS, PROBABLY IN THE LATE 19TH OR EARLY 2OTH CENTURY
The mottled grey, red and white marble top above a fluted frieze carved with water-leaf, the central tablet carved with a classical female figure flanked by carved palmettes and swags, the frieze corners applied with gilt-composition profile medallions, the fluted legs headed by carved foliate capitals, the underside with old Maples' depository label, re-painted and re-gilt
36½ in. (92.5 cm.) high; 67 in. (171 cm.) wide; 24 in. (61 cm.) deep
