Oblong with gadroon borders and shell and leaf corners, the large oval handles bead-edged and decorated in relief with a large flower-head below foliate grips terminating in lion masks, the covers and bases engraved with a baronial coat of arms to either side, the interior sides of both dishes engraved with the monogram SEW below a baron's coronet, the domed oblong covers with rounded corners and fluted girdle, the stands with detachable tops and raised on shell, leaf, scroll and paw feet with conforming side handles
