Title-page and text in Italian, English and French, preface in Italian, additional double-page etched and engraved title, 70 numbered etched and engraved plates on 69 sheets, head-piece, tail-piece, and unnumbered plate to recto of Avviso al Publico. (Occasional light dust soiling and very occasional light spotting to margins, more prominent to title-page and final plate.) Contemporary half vellum, label to spine, edges blue (vellum darkened, extremities rubbed). Provenance: St. Catherine's College, Cambridge (pencil note in a previous owner's hand).
