Gandhara, 2nd/3rd century
Standing on a base centered by a diminutive image of the seated Buddha flanked by attendants and columns, dressed in a voluminous sanghati draped over both shoulders, the face with bow-shaped mouth, aquiline nose and heavy-lidded downcast eyes, the wavy locks of hair pulled over the ushnisha and backed by a nimbus
