Seated on a lotus blossom holding a vajra in his raised right hand and a skull cup in his left, a khatvanga resting in the crook of his arm, dressed in heavy brocade robes, the face with steady gaze surmounted by the red cap, backed by a nimbus and aureole, with Green Tara flanked by directional guardian figures in clouds, and Vajrayogini and a lama above, his partner Mandarava at lower left and his follower Yeshe Tsogyal at lower right, all amidst a verdant landscape
