Tibet, circa 14th century
Seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus base with both hands resting on the knees, clad in heavy robes with copper-inlaid hems, the face with small goatee, bow-shaped mouth, elongated eyes and gently arching brows, surmounted by a pointed cap
