An early 19th-century lacquered-brass compound monocular Culpeper-type microscope, unsigned, with racka nd pinion focusing (defective), the body-tube circular stage and mahogany plinth base with accessory drawer united by scroll supports terminating in diamond shaped feet, with five objectives, tale box, bull's-eye condenser, live-box, lieberkuhn frog-plate, ivory sliders with list and other items, in pyramid shaped case 16in.
