A SMALL WUCAI 'DRAGON' DISH
YONGZHENG SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1723-1735)
The dish is thinly potted with shallow rounded sides, and is decorated on the interior with a medallion of two dragons contesting a flaming pearl amidst flames, and on the exterior with four cranes in flight amidst clouds.
4½ in. (11.5 cm.) diam.
