A HUANGHUALI SINGLE-DRAWER ALTAR COFFER, DANTICHU

The single-panel top is set within the wide rectangular frame with beaded 'ice-plate' edge above plain spandrels on the front and back. The top is supported on recessed, slightly splayed legs, which enclose the single drawer centered by a square lockplate and pull above a plain apron and spandrel.
