A WHITE JADE OPENWORK SHAPED RECTANGULAR PENDANT
18TH/19TH CENTURY
The pendant is carved in the round as a bird perched on a branch of a flowering prunus tree, its trunk forming the background. The semi-translucent stone is of even white color.
2 1/8 in. (5.4 cm.) long
Provenance
Lizzadro Collection, Chicago, Illinois, acquired prior to 1960.
