A WHITE JADE PENDANT
18TH/19TH CENTURY
The flat plaque is carved in subtle relief and in the round as a bitter melon and a lychee, both with 'insect nibbles', and on one side with a two-character inscription, yue hua (moon glow). The semi-translucent stone has a satiny polish.
2 3/16 in. (5.5 cm.) long
