Arabic manuscript on gold-speckled paper, 18ff. plus three fly-leaves, each folio with 7ll. of text arranged in black-ruled gold framed cartouches, the black nasta'liq script arranged in one or two panels, written horizontally or diagonally and in various sizes, text panel within polychrome and gold rules, colophon signed and dated, with pink paper margins decorated with gold birds amidst foliage, opening folio with gold and polychrome illuminated headpiece and with marginal restoration, with later added notes and seal impressions, in modern floral lacquer binding
