Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, each depiciting the ruler on a jewelled throne on a terrace, the probably Deccani painting showing him with a tall purple turban, finel embroidered robes and richly adorned, laid down between red borders, the reverse with identification inscription in Persian and devanagari script; the second painting laid down on orange card, small identification inscription in Persian above, the reverse with a nasta'liq quatrain on illuminated ground
