MID-18TH CENTURY, EACH WITH BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARKS TO EDGE OF BASE
Each naturalistically modelled and coloured, standing foresquare looking to the left and to the right, their fur enriched in shades of ochre and brown, the lion raising his front left paw, each on rocky tree-stump bases applied with flowers and leaves, the lion's front left leg cracked and restored, slight chipping to applied leaves and flowers, minor chipping to lioness's ears
