A RARE PAIR OF SILVER-MOUNTED CAVIAR DISHES
MARKED OOMERSI MAWJI, KUTCH, INDIA, LATE 19TH CENTURY
Each made of a large nacreous shell of pearl oyster, set in a plain silver rim, with loop handle, on tripod stand, each foot worked as a swaying acanthus tendril, stamped OM BHUJ to the reverse, very good condition
