SAFAVID IRAN OR POSSIBLY INDIA, LATE 17TH/EARLY 18TH CENTURY
Of fine watered-steel, decorated in gold-damascened overlay, the typical curved tapering body with curved hinged cap, the body with lattice of scrolling vine with overlapping chevron borders, cap with scrolling floral vines and elegantly cusped vine leaf-shaped finial
