Of rounded profile, on short ring foot and with sloping rim, the decoration on white ground with two lions and a fox reserved against the turquoise-blue ground, with bole-red highlights, the rim with highly stylized 'wave-and-rock motifs' the underside with old label reading "Rhodian, XVIth - XVIIth century", in Japanese fitted wooden box, small repainted chip, minor chips to the rim, the foot drilled, otherwise intact
