Of elongated form, the stem wood core decoraTed with three sections of alternating amber and possibly ebony rings, interspersed with baluster shaped horn segments inlaid with silver studs, with bulbous amber mouth, the gilt and Tophane furnace raising from a fluted foot to a flaring bowl with domed head, the long faceted shank with floral sprays
