The fan-inlaid arched cornice above a pair of astagral glazed doors opening to three shelves, the lower section with a fall-front drawer enclosing an arrangement of cupboards, mahogany-lined drawers and a green leather-lined writing surface, above a pair cupboard doors enclosing four graduated long drawers, inscribed 94040 and 94030 in chalk
