After the 1939 roadshow release of Gone With The Wind, the film went into general release in early 1941. To allay fears that the film would be abridged, MGM announced that the only thing cut would be the ticket price. Some of the first posters printed were displayed with gummed stickers attached, with the slogan "Full Length, Nothing Cut But The Price," while others, such as this one-sheet, were printed with the slogan on the poster.
