A GILT-BRONZE FIGURE OF MAHACHAKRA VAJRAPANI
17TH CENTURY
The six-armed standing deity is modelled with various attributes held in his hands, four outstretched to the side and two held in front. The figure is adorned in decorative jewels with a belt of skulls hanging from his waist. There are elephant and tiger skins draped over his back and a serpent slithering amongst his headdress.
