A PAIR OF FAMILLE VERTE BISCUIT FIGURES OF BOYS ON QILIN
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each boy is modelled with his head turned slightly to the left and right with a smiling expression on his face, and riding a qilin which is standing four square. The mythical beasts are depicted with open mouths showing their red tongues, with white horns and scaly bodies.
