A MUGHAL-STYLE PALE CELADON JADE VASE AND COVER
19TH CENTURY
The vessel is of flattened quatrefoil form, with a pair of loose ring handles carved and pierced in the form of floral sprays. The exterior of the vase is delicately carved with stylised lotus scrolls. The finial of the cover is carved as a lotus flower head and foliage. The stone is of an even pale tone.
