A pair of French biscuit porcelain groups
probably Blancheron, each modelled as a lady and gentleman, dancing, wearing elaborate 18th century dress, on oval footed bases moulded with theatrical divices below beaded bands, painted in colours and gilt, one group with lilac PB pad and incised marks -- 15in. (38cm.) high, circa 1875 (some chips and wear)
