A CARVED AND PIERCED WHITE JADE PLAQUE

It is carved in low relief with a robed scholar in a fenced garden carrying a fly whisk and prunus sprig. The reverse has a calligraphic inscription. All within a rectangular border below a pair of confronting dragons. The stone is an even tone.
