LATE 19TH CENTURY, BLUE SCEPTRE AND IRON-RED ORB MARKS, IMPRESSED S AND 3 TO THE VASE, H, 3 AND U TO THE STAND
Of baluster form, the waisted neck with putti medallions, finely painted to one side with three putti creating a bouquet, the obverse with a bouquet incorporating peonies, the sides with dolphin scrolls and a shell cartouche suspending ribbon-tied fruiting swags, the conforming socle with 'jeweled' strapwork, on an octagonal stand
