Of baluster form, the domed cover gilt with a crowned N and laurel, the neck with the Imperial eagle and the socle with anthemion within a laurel wreath and date line for 1809, the body painted after Horace Vernet with a scene of Napoleon at the battle of Wagram, on an ormolu base cast with wreaths
