MAKER'S MARK 'AK', MOSCOW, MID-19TH CENTURY
Cylindrical, on a raised circular foot, the body nielloed with scrolling foliage on gilt stippled ground and centring a circular reserve with a mounted horseman on a seashore, the domed cover similarly nielloed with arc and bead border and berried foliage, with openwork double-loop finial, the scroll handle capped with acanthus and rosettes, marked throughout
