The silk sheet finely inscribed in black ink and annotated in red in 'fly's head' script, with paragraphs neatly separated by incised border lines, the reverse unfinished
23.5/8 in. x 18 in. (60 cm. x 45.6 cm.)
Provenance
Formerly in the Collection of Andrew John Weir (1919-2000), who was born in Mukden, Manchuria, where his parents were missionaries. He later became a missionary returning to Northeast China in 1944.
