Two Chinese blue and white bowl shaped jugs
painted with a scholar on a rocky bank in a mountainous river landscape with a bridge leading towards retreats and a two-storey pavilion amongst trees, and with a pagoda on a distant island below a border of trellis-pattern, the handle with a formal flower spray at right angles to the spout -- 8in. (20.5cm.) wide, circa 1750.
