A SMALL WHITE JADE TRIPOD CENSER AND COVER
CIRCA 1920
The compressed body is raised on three cabriole legs issuing from lion masks, and flanked by a pair of lion-mask handles suspending loose rings. The domed cover is surmounted by a lion and its young playing with a ribbon-tied ball. The stone is of an even white tone with a lustrous polish.
