A WHITE JADE CARVING OF A BOY ON A DRUM
QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTRUY
The stone of flattened form is carved with a boy carrying a sprig of lingzhi over his back, surmounting a drum carved with a lotus scroll between bosses on the sides. The stone is of a very pale celadon tone with faint amber splashes.
