With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch is set with 35 diamonds weighing 0.31 carats and 24 diamonds weighing 2.86 carats in 1994 and its subsequent sale on 17 June 1994. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Reference 5045 was launched in 1994 and manufactured until 2003. It was made available only in yellow gold. According to our research, less than 4 examples have appeared at auction thus far.
