etching and drypoint, circa 1640, on laid paper without watermark, third, final state, showing some wear in the densely worked areas, with margins, inscribed 'Rembrant f' in brown ink at lower left recto, with foxing and backboard staining mainly visible verso, the sheet slightly toned, otherwise in good condition
