An unmarked silver-mounted coconut shell bowl
finely-carved with a putto in a chariot drawn by two birds, a putto watering a flowering plant, foliage and a grotesque face, the top with vacant boat-shaped cartouche, one end with a scroll handle with simple incised decoration, probably early 19th Century - 5½in. (14cm.) overall.
