Lot Essay

Gomes has worked as an illustrator for both Vogue and Elle in France and The Sunday Times in the U.K. She has also worked on advertising campaigns for Galleries La Fayatte and has also designed jewellery and textiles for Yves Saint Laurent. Her work for the Dutch Company, Peek & Clopenburg was exhibited at the Stedelijke Museum of Modern Art, Amsterdam, 1979.
