IN 16TH CENTURY STYLE
Comprising close-helmet with two-piece skull, roped comb, visor with two vision slits and lifting peg, upper bevor pierced with circular breaths, lower bevor shaped to the chin, and two gorget plates front and back, curiass comprising breast- and back-plate each with the principle edges turned and roped, tassets with simulated lames, full arm defences, fingered gauntlets, and full leg harnesses with sabatons, on wooden stand
The vendor was informed that this armour may have been made for use by the son of a participant in the Eglinton Tournament
