With swamped octagonal barrel dated and struck with a maker's mark at the breech, brass bead fore-sight, foliate engraved brass rear-sight of one standing and one folding leaf, foliate engraved tang, plain lock-plate with safety-catch, sprung pan-cover, and scroll engraved brass domed wheel-cover retaining traces of original gilt finish, fruitwood full stock (old insert repairs around lock) profusely inlaid white staghorn plaques, pellets and tendrils, the plaques engraved with flower-heads, and mother of pearl flower-heads, pellets and shaped plaques, sliding fruitwood patchbox-cover with white staghorn plaques respectively engraved with scrolling foliage and a Turk's head, set triggers, iron pistolgrip trigger-guard, and later wooden ramrod (some minor loss to stock inlay, one replacement panel opposite the lock)
