With nitro barrels signed 'CHARLES LANCASTER'S A.& W. SPECIAL HAMMERLESS EJECTOR' on the rib, 2 1/2in. (65mm) chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and cyl., border and scroll engraved action retaining some original case-hardened finish, fitted with removable striker-discs and marked on one side with a registration number, engraved toplever, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE', 14in. (35.5cm.) fwell figured stock including 1 3/4in. wood extension and 1in. ventilated rubber recoil-pad, silver escutcheon, and border and scroll engraved trigger-guard retaining some original rubbed blued finish, in a makers leather single case, the lid initialled 'T.S.G.'
