14 size three-quarter plate nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, glazed dust cover, white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, outer calibrated black minute track, red Arabic five minute divisions, eccentric subsidiary seconds, gilt hand, the reverse silvered matte outer fifth seconds ring, polished circular case, box hinge, monogrammed front cover, chronograph button in the band, second button in the band to open back cover, reeded motif to the rim of the front and back covers, case and movement signed and numbered, movement further engraved H. A. Lugrin's Pat. June 13, Oct. 3, 76 Patd. In England July 28, 1877
