Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated February 16, 2007, confirming production of the present watch with 36 diamonds of 0.45 carats, Patek Philippe presentation box, leather portfolio, tie tag, product literature, and outer packaging.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.

Reference 4910, the celebrated Twenty-4 model, was launched in 1999 and is still in production today. It is amongst Patek Philippe's most successful lady's watches ever made.
