MARK OF LOUIS-ALEXANDRE BRUNEAU, PARIS, CIRCA 1845
Oblong with pierced trellis-work over ivory panels to cover and base, engraved scrollwork to sides; a French silver-gilt and niello snuff box, circa 1860, cover depicting a knight and his damsel on horseback; a silver and enamel snuff box, probably French, circa 1740, of escutcheon form, the chased silver cover with urn, foliage, bird, diaperwork and architecture around an enamel panel with playful putti, interior painted with a beetle, sides with squirrels, hound chasing hare & diaperwork panels; and a gold-mounted ivory toothpick box with cameo portait to cover, circa 1800
