Associated with the Arte povera movement of the late 1960’s, key elements of the movement's key preoccupations can found in this work Senza titolo. The juxtaposition of the tonal aquatint panels and the contents of the three cloth sacks play with the viewer’s perception of depth and demand an enquiry into the role of seemingly mundane objects, rescued from the past.
