CIRCA 1875, PROBABLY LOBMEYR, THE ENAMELLING PROBABLY BY THE SCÜRER WORKSHOP AT MEYR'S NEFFE, ADOLF BEI WINTERBERG, AFTER DESIGNS BY HEINRICH BERGMANN
Each quatrefoil bowl or stand finely enamelled to the front with a lady or gentleman in 18th century dress within a floral and gilt scroll cartouche, the reverse with a vacant cartouche above a faceted stem and domed foot, with gilt line rims, comprising: three goblets, eight cups and three saucers and two bowls and five stands
The goblets 4.5/8 in. (11.7 cm.) high

Lot Essay

The decoration is very similar to the 'Burnt Rococo' series, first produced by Lobmeyr in 1872.
