Lot Essay

Gillows of Lancaster supplied an identical model to their London partners Ferguson and Co. on February 6th 1826 for 4 pounds, 9 shillings and 4 pence (illustrated in the Estimate Sketch Books at Westminster City Archives, folio 3484).
