Two color woodcuts: Hotaru (Firefly), a large-sized print of a woman with fan in the evening, a firefly above, signed Shinsui, published by Momose, undated, ribs of the fan embossed; a young geisha adjusting her coiffure using a handmirror, Tekagami (Handmirror), from the series Gendai bijinshu dai isshu (Modern beauties, first series), signed Shinsui ga and sealed Shinsui, dated in image Showa 6 (1931), obi and mirrorglass enhanced with mica and gauffrage details--very good impressions and color, second stained at edges and stained above collar of robe
