Meiji period (late 19th century), signed ...yasu and with mark of Nogawa
Of ovoid form set on three stump feet, chiseled and inlaid in gold, silver and shakudo with cranes in a pond, the body finely finished with blood-red patina, the cover pierced with chrysanthemums, with a removable copper liner; signature on body and the mark on base
