Lot Essay

Lee is known for his reinterpretation of Joseon-period ceramics into porcelain panels using classic glaze techniques. The artist had one-person exhibitions at the Wally Findlay Gallery, Palm Beach, and at the Shin Gallery, New York, in 2013 and has exhibited in Korea and China.
