A copper figure of Tara
Nepal, 12th century
Standing on a lotus base with her right hand raised in vitarkamudra and her left at her waist, clad in a translucent dhoti and adorned with various jewelry and a flowing sash, the face with downcast eyes flanked by large hoop earrings and surmounted by a foliate tiara, with some gilding remaining
